Reception & Luncheon

This will be an opportunity for Word of God members to meet & fellowship with Dr. Conrad Mbewe, senior pastor of Kabwata Baptist Church in Lusaka, Zambia. Dr. Mbewe will also preach at our Sunday Service on March 8, 2026.

Dr. Mbewe, sometimes called "the Spurgeon of Africa," is a scholar, preacher, writer, and internationally known expositor. He  has several Masters degrees in Theology as well as a PhD in Missions. Dr. Mbewe confronts the shallow theology and unbiblical practices endemic to many contemporary churches.
